Track and manage property-related budgets and expenses; review invoices, monitor spending, and provide monthly reporting

Logistics and Operations

Maintaining daily communication with the employer regarding meal planning, upcoming events, travel schedules, and overall household needs

Oversee household inventory and procurement of supplies, including cleaning products, household essentials, pantry items, and specialty requests

Manage special projects such as renovations, seasonal openings/closings, or relocations

Manage all vehicle-related needs, including routine maintenance, detailing, inspections, service appointments, and registration renewals
