  • Daily Graces (daily home walk through, noting anything of significance, and room reset)

  • Ensuring all home systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, Mechanical, Structural, Landscaping, Pools/Other) are constantly maintained and operating at peak efficiency

  • Coordinating household maintenance and repairs

  • Scheduling and overseeing service providers (e.g. gardeners, pool maintenance)

  • Self-ability for minor repairs/maintenance

  • Manage urgent/emergency situations (e.g. water intrusion)

  • Development and maintenance of household manuals and systems, including a preferred contractor list

  • Ensuring seamless transitions during property changes and moves

  • Holiday decor (coordination, organizing, install, takedown, etc.)
